individual counseling

i specialize in supporting adults 18+ make sense of their past, move forward after painful experiences, and rediscover inner joy and fulfillment. i often hear that highy sensitive people (HSP) and adult children of alocholics (ACOA) find our work together to be fulfilling and validating.

revisiting our pasts can be terrifying and may bring up feelings of fear, overwhelm, and uncertainty. i offer a nonjudgmental stance where we can gently unravel these layers, make sense of the past, and navigate a path towards healing. additionally, i work with highly sensitive individuals ready to establish boundaries, nurture their nervous system, and build a life that celebrates their uniqueness and creativity.

i provide emdr therapy as i work towards full emdr certification.
