Full/Part Time Couples Therapist (LCSW/A, LMFT/A, LCMHC/A, Licensed Psychologist)-

Full/Part Time Sex Therapist (LCSW/A, LMFT/A, LCMHC/A, Licensed Psychologist)-
Lindsey Brock Counseling, PLLC, is hiring for the positions above. eligible candidates are fully or provisionally licensed to practice therapy in north carolina. clinicians reap the benefits of w-2 employment and are paneled with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, MedCost, and United insurance panels. billing services/support provided-you get to show up and do good work. clinicians manage their own calendars and scheduling. therapy is provided online and in person; full time employees are guaranteed at least 3 office days between Monday-Friday to conduct in person therapy. should you seek solely to provide telehealth services, an office space is not provided.
clinicians at Lindsey Brock Counseling PLLC are offered biweekly 1.5 hour case consultation with lindsey. my mission for the practice is to help train competent, empowered, and confident clinicians who make a difference in this world. i offer a heavy dose of education and supervision to all clinicians and expect you’ll take me up on it. hourly compensation is provided for onboarding/training in addition to a yearly CEU stipend of $300 ($150 for part time), Simple IRA company matching, PTO stipends every 6 months.
great candidates are licensed clinicians who are:
passionate about supporting relationships at all stages
trained or are actively engaged in clinical training specifically for couples work
excited about work with couples and individuals through an attachment, developmental, trauma informed and anti-racist lens
willing to engage in ongoing consultation and training to clinically support racial, economic, sexual, and gender minorities
understanding of the time it takes to build a caseload and are willing to explore community relationships for marketing with help from the practice
enthusiastic about maintaining an average caseload of 18+ clients/weekly for full time employment (12 clients/weekly for part time)
independent folx who can take initiative, seek and integrate feedback, are are not afraid to ask questions.
